Instructions

Prepare vegetables

Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Slice leeks, carrots and onion.

Sauté vegetables

Melt butter in a pot and sauté onion, carrots and leeks until softened.

Add potatoes and water

Add potatoes to the pot, cover with water and bring to a boil.

Add salmon

Cut salmon into chunks and add to the soup. Simmer gently.

Add milk and cream

Pour in milk and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Heat through without boiling.

Remove from heat. Stir in chopped dill and serve hot.

Reheat: Microwave 2-3 minutes or stovetop over medium heat
