Instructions
Prepare vegetables
Dice the cucumber and green bell pepper. Halve the cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives. Thinly slice half a red onion.
Crumble feta
Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
Mix salad
Combine all prepared vegetables and feta in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve
Serve immediately or chill before serving. Add dressing if desired.
