Ingredients

Filling

spinach (fresh)

300 g

feta cheese (crumbled)

200 g

onion (finely chopped)

1 piece

garlic (minced)

2 clove

olive oil

30 ml

black pepper (ground)

phyllo pastry sheets (thawed)

8 sheet

butter (melted)

Instructions

Prepare the filling

Sauté onion and garlic until soft, add spinach and cook until wilted.

Season and cool the filling

Add pepper and crumbled feta, mix well and let the mixture cool.

Prepare filo sheets

Cut phyllo sheets into strips 8 cm wide. Keep covered to prevent drying.

Assemble triangles

Brush each strip with melted butter, place a spoonful of filling at the end, then fold into triangles.

Bake the pastries

Place triangles on a lined baking sheet, brush with more butter and bake at 200°C until golden.
