Easy Lemon Parm Chicken Orzo

lemon (zested, juiced)

Instructions
Prepare the chicken
Season the cubed chicken breast with salt and black pepper.
Sear the chicken
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden.
Sauté garlic
Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Cook the orzo
Add orzo pasta and chicken broth to the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until orzo is tender.
Finish the dish
Stir in grated parmesan, lemon zest and juice, and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts and cheese melts.
Serve
Serve immediately while hot.
