Instructions

Prepare the chicken

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.

Make the buldak sauce

Combine gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, chili flakes and black pepper in a bowl.

Marinate the chicken

Coat chicken pieces thoroughly with the prepared sauce.

Cook the chicken

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred.

Add cheese and melt

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.

Serve the buldak

Serve hot over steamed rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Reheat: Microwave 2-3 minutes or pan on medium heat
