Mix ingredients
Whisk eggs with hot water, chicken bouillon and chilli oil until smooth.

Strain the mixture through a sieve into a shallow heatproof bowl for a silky texture.

Place the bowl in a steamer over simmering water. Steam until eggs are just set with a slight wobble in the centre.
