Instructions
Prepare chicken marinade
Mix buttermilk with spices, egg, vinegar, and hot sauce to create a flavorful marinade for the chicken.
Marinate chicken
Add chicken breast pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated, and let marinate for 20 minutes.
Prepare coating mixture
Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices in a bowl to create the crispy coating for the chicken.
Coat chicken
Remove chicken from marinade and dredge thoroughly in the flour mixture, pressing to ensure good coating.
Prepare hot honey glaze
Melt butter in a small pan, then add honey, hot sauce, and spices to create the sweet-spicy glaze.
Prepare sauce
Mix mayonnaise with black pepper, garlic powder, chopped parsley, and lemon juice for the burger sauce.
Fry chicken
Heat oil in a deep pan or wok to 175°C and fry chicken pieces for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Apply hot honey glaze
Brush the hot honey glaze generously over the freshly fried chicken pieces while still hot.
Assemble burger
Spread sauce on buns, add glazed chicken, and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
