Nutella Cookie Dough Cups
Soft and gooey Nutella-stuffed cookie dough cups that are quick and easy to make, with chocolate chips throughout.

Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare ramekins
Preheat oven to 160°C fan and prepare 2 large ramekins or 4 small ones.
Cream butter and sugars
In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg yolk and vanilla
Mix in the egg yolk and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add dry ingredients
Add the flour, bicarbonate of soda, and salt. Mix until just combined to form a soft cookie dough.
Fold in chocolate chips
Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Assemble cookie dough cups
Divide the cookie dough between the ramekins, creating a well in the center of each. Fill each well with Nutella, then cover with remaining dough.
Bake the cookie dough cups
Bake at 160°C fan for 15 minutes until golden brown on top. For smaller ramekins, check after 10-12 minutes.
Serve warm
Serve immediately while the centers are still gooey and warm.
Storage
Best enjoyed fresh and warm. Reheat in oven to restore gooey texture.
