Slice banana

Slice the banana into 1-inch discs.

Cook oats and banana

Add oats, sliced banana and maple syrup to a pan over medium heat. Shake gently until bananas are golden and oats stick to the banana.

Add yoghurt to a bowl and top with the cooked banana-oat mixture and any optional toppings.
