Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare pan
Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
Combine wet ingredients
In a large bowl, mix melted butter with both brown sugars until smooth, then add vanilla and eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Add Biscoff and chocolate
Gently fold in the Biscoff spread, broken Biscoff cookies, and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Bake the blondies

Cool and cut
