Instructions
Gather ingredients
Collect all ingredients before starting.
Mix dry ingredients
Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl. Make a well in the center.
Add wet ingredients
Add milk, melted butter, and egg to the well. Mix until smooth.
Heat griddle
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium-high heat.
Cook pancakes
Pour or scoop batter onto the griddle using approximately 60 ml per pancake. Cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Flip and finish
Flip pancakes and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve
Serve hot with desired toppings.
Storage
Store in airtight container. Reheat without toppings to prevent sogginess. Batter can be stored up to 2 days in fridge.
