Instructions
Melt the white chocolate
Melt the white chocolate gently until smooth.
Blend vanilla pudding
Blend silken tofu, melted white chocolate, vanilla cookie spread and optional vanilla protein powder until completely smooth.
Chill vanilla pudding
Place the vanilla pudding mixture in the refrigerator to set for 30-60 minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate
Melt the dark chocolate gently until smooth.
Blend chocolate pudding
Blend silken tofu, melted dark chocolate and hazelnut date spread until completely smooth.
Chill chocolate pudding
Place the chocolate pudding mixture in the refrigerator to set for 30-60 minutes.
Layer the puddings
Spoon vanilla pudding into the bottom of each glass. Add small dollops of chocolate pudding along the edges, then add a dollop of vanilla in the center. Repeat to create a cow-spot pattern. Continue layering until glasses are full.
Final chill
Refrigerate the layered puddings until fully set.
