Boil the rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente.

Make the spicy peanut sauce
Combine peanut butter, chili flakes, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar in a bowl until smooth.

Toss the drained hot noodles with the spicy peanut sauce until evenly coated.
