Instructions

Mix wet ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, dark brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and milk until smooth.

Combine dry ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch and cinnamon.

Form cookie dough

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Prepare baking sheets

Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Portion dough into 8 large balls and place 2 inches apart. Press half a graham cracker into each cookie. Top with a jumbo marshmallow.

Bake cookies

Bake at 177°C for approximately 13 minutes until edges are golden and centers are still soft.

Add chocolate topping

Remove from oven and immediately press a piece of milk chocolate bar on top of each hot marshmallow. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Fridge: 3 days
Freezer: 30 days
Reheat: Oven 180°C 5-7 minutes

Store in an airtight container. Cookies stay gooey for 2 days at room temperature.
