red onion (thinly sliced)

Kalamata olives (halved)

feta cheese (crumbled)

Instructions
Prepare the vegetables
Dice the cucumber and green bell pepper. Halve the grape tomatoes. Thinly slice half a red onion. Halve the Kalamata olives.
Assemble the salad
In a large bowl, combine all prepared vegetables, olives, and crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve
Toss gently and serve immediately or chill before serving.
