Mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl to create the flavorful marinade.

Marinate the salmon

Place salmon fillet in the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Slice cucumbers into thin rounds, slice avocado, and julienne carrots. Set aside.
