Instructions
Prepare the marinade sauce
Mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl to create the flavorful marinade.
Marinate the salmon
Place salmon fillet in the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Prepare vegetables
Slice cucumbers into thin rounds, slice avocado, and julienne carrots. Set aside.
Cook the salmon
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Assemble the bowls
Divide cooked rice between bowls. Top with salmon, cucumbers, avocado slices, and julienned carrots. Drizzle with remaining marinade and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
