Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

Mix dry ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, melted butter, and vanilla.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until a shaggy dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
