Light mozzarella cheese (grated) (grated)

Instructions
Cook pasta with seasonings
Combine pasta, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and evaporated milk in a pot.
Stir continuously while cooking
Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Add cheeses and nutritional yeast
Remove from heat and stir in grated cheddar, mozzarella and nutritional yeast until fully melted and creamy.
Adjust consistency if needed
If the sauce becomes too thick, add a splash more evaporated milk to reach desired creaminess.
Serve immediately
Divide into portions and serve hot.
