Prepare the potatoes
Dice the potatoes into small cubes and rinse them thoroughly under cold water to remove excess starch.

Place the rinsed potatoes in a bowl, add cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, parsley and salt. Toss well to coat evenly.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer and air fry at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until crispy and golden.
