Season the prawns

Coat the prawns with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and cornflour for a flavorful base.

Prepare aromatics and tomatoes

Mince the garlic and halve the cherry tomatoes while getting the sundried tomatoes ready.

Sear the prawns

Heat butter and olive oil in a large pan, then sear the seasoned prawns until pink and lightly golden.

Build the sauce base

Add garlic sundried tomatoes to the pan, sautéing until fragrant and tomatoes begin to soften.

Create the creamy sauce

Pour in the vegetable stock and single cream, then add paprika, chili flakes, and dried thyme. Bring to a gentle simmer.
