Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Wash and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
Cook the rice
Rinse the rice and cook it in boiling water until tender.
Sauté vegetables
Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic and vegetables, stir-fry until slightly softened.
Cook the chicken
Add sliced chicken breast to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully done.
