Kinder No Bake Bars
Ingredients
Base
digestive biscuits
250 g
unsalted butter

cocoa powder

Filling
whole milk
120 ml
cornstarch

granulated sugar

unsalted butter
30 g
vanilla extract
5 ml
Topping
milk chocolate
200 g
white chocolate

Instructions
Prepare the base
Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter and cocoa powder.
Assemble and chill base
Press the biscuit mixture firmly into a lined baking dish and refrigerate to set.
Prepare the filling
Whisk milk, cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Add filling layer
Pour the warm filling over the chilled base and spread evenly. Return to fridge.
Melt the chocolate
Melt milk chocolate and white chocolate separately in a microwave or double boiler.
Create Kinder pattern
Drizzle or pipe alternating lines of milk and white chocolate over the filling layer.
Final chill and slice
Refrigerate the bars until fully set, then slice into portions.
