Kinder Cheesecake
Ingredients
Base
Kinder chocolate bars (melted)
300 g
Butter (melted)
80 g
Filling
Cream cheese (room temperature)
500 g
Granulated sugar
120 g
Eggs (room temperature)

Heavy cream
200 ml
Kinder chocolate bars (chopped)
150 g
Topping
Kinder chocolate bars (melted)
100 g
Heavy cream
50 ml
Instructions
Prepare the base
Crush Kinder bars and mix with melted butter to form the cheesecake base.
Press the base
Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
Make the filling
Beat cream cheese with sugar, add eggs one by one, then pour in cream and fold in chopped Kinder chocolate.
Bake the cheesecake
Pour the filling over the base and bake in a water bath at 160°C for 70 minutes.
Cool and chill
Turn off the oven, leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Prepare the topping
Melt Kinder chocolate with cream and pour over the chilled cheesecake.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Bring to room temperature 20 minutes before serving for best texture.
