Toast the hazelnuts

Toast hazelnuts until fragrant and skins begin to loosen.

Rub off the skins

Rub the warm hazelnuts in a clean towel to remove most of the skins.

Process the hazelnuts in a food processor until they form a smooth, oily paste.

Add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract and salt. Blend until perfectly smooth and glossy.
