Miso Butter Salmon
Silky miso butter coats perfectly seared salmon for an umami-rich, restaurant-quality dinner in under 30 minutes.

white miso paste

soy sauce

garlic (minced)

fresh ginger (grated)

Instructions
Prepare the miso butter
Mix miso, butter, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey and sesame oil into a smooth paste.
Season the salmon
Pat the salmon dry and spread the miso butter evenly over the flesh side.
Pan-sear the salmon
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook until skin is crispy and flesh is medium-rare.
Rest and serve
Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes, then serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
