Prepare soya chunks

Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.

Marinate soya

Mix soaked soya with salt, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, chili powder and curd.

Make curry base

Blend onions, green chillies, garlic, cashews, coriander and curd into a smooth paste.

Cook curry gravy

Heat oil in a pan, add the curry paste and cook until fragrant.

Add marinated soya chunks and cook for 2 minutes.

Add water and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until thick and creamy.
