Instructions
Prepare jar
Choose a heat-safe glass jar with lid. Ensure it is clean and dry.
Add all ingredients
Place flour, sugar, cocoa powder, milk, sunflower oil, baking powder and chocolate chips into the jar.
Mix ingredients
Shake the jar vigorously until all ingredients are well combined into a smooth batter.
Cook in pot
Place the jar into a pot with a little water. Cook over medium heat with lid open for a tall soft cake or closed for a dense brownie-like texture.
Rest and serve
Carefully remove the jar from the pot. Let it cool slightly and serve directly from the jar.
