Hailey's One-Pan Creamy Cajun Tomato Pasta
Creamy, easy, tangy pasta with a subtle Cajun kick
A rich and creamy one-pan pasta loaded with cherry tomatoes, bacon, mushrooms, and spinach, finished with Parmesan cheese and a touch of Cajun spice.

Italian seasoning

Cajun seasoning

black pepper

whipping cream (cold)
300 ml
tomato paste
1 tbsp
beef broth
150 ml
Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions
Heat the base
Warm olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Layer the ingredients
Place pasta in the center of the pan. Arrange cherry tomatoes, onion, bacon, and mushrooms around it. Scatter garlic on top.
Build the flavor
Add Italian seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and sugar. Spoon tomato paste over the pasta and veggies.
Simmer the pasta
Pour in beef broth and whipping cream. Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes, until pasta is almost al dente. Remove lid, stir gently, and add a splash of water or broth if needed.
Finish with greens & cheese
Stir in spinach until just wilted. Add Parmesan and mix until sauce is smooth and creamy. Adjust with salt & pepper.
Serve hot
Garnish with extra Parmesan or a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning. Enjoy straight from the pan!
