Prepare and season potatoes

Chop the potatoes into cubes and place into a bowl. Season with spices.

Transfer seasoned potatoes to air fryer and cook until crispy.

Mix yogurt, sour cream, chipotle paste, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and salt. Chill in fridge.

Brown the beef mince with spices, then add water and finish with lime juice.
