Boil the noodles
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles until al dente according to package instructions.

Prepare the sauce
While noodles cook, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add cream and cheese
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
