Instructions
Prepare Mozzarella Sticks
Cut mozzarella cheese into uniform sticks about 1 cm thick and 8-10 cm long.
Prepare Breading Station
Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with half the Nashville seasoning.
Bread the Mozzarella Sticks
Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat in the seasoned panko breadcrumbs. For extra crunch, double-dip in egg and breadcrumbs.
Heat the Oil
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot or fryer to 175°C for frying.
Fry the Mozzarella Sticks
Fry the breaded mozzarella sticks in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Apply Nashville Hot Seasoning
While the sticks are still hot, brush with a little hot oil and sprinkle with remaining Nashville seasoning mix for that signature spicy kick.
Serve Hot
Serve immediately while hot and crispy with ranch dressing or marinara sauce for dipping.

Storage
Best eaten fresh, but can be reheated to restore crispiness. Avoid microwaving as it makes them soggy.
Notes
• Freeze breaded sticks before frying for better shape retention
• Adjust cayenne level for desired heat intensity
