Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Mix wet ingredients
Mix 1 egg, 40g Greek yogurt, 45ml milk and 2 tbsp maple syrup in a bowl.

Add dry ingredients
Stir in 25g rolled oats, 1/2 tsp baking powder, a little cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

Add berries
Top with a handful of berries or your fruit of choice.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden on top and set in the middle.

Cool and serve
Let it cool for 2 minutes, then top with extra Greek yogurt and a drizzle of maple syrup.
