Oreo McFlurry Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
Base
Fat Free Fairlife Milk
400 g
sweetener
42.5 g
vanilla bean paste

salt

xanthan gum

Mix-ins
Oreo Thins (cream removed)

Instructions
Blend base ingredients
Blend all base ingredients until smooth.
Freeze the base
Pour the blended base into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 16 hours.
Prepare the pint for spinning
Run the frozen pint under hot water for at least 60 seconds to loosen the edges.
Spin on Lite Ice Cream
Place the pint in the Ninja Creami and spin on the “Lite Ice Cream” setting.
Respin if needed
If the ice cream appears crumbly, run the “Respin” cycle once more.
Add Oreo mix-ins
Use a butter knife to create a hole down to the bottom of the pint and fill it with the prepared Oreo Thins.
Run Mix-in cycle
Return the pint to the machine and run the “Mix-in” cycle to distribute the Oreos evenly.

Best consumed within 1 month of freezing. Store the finished ice cream in the original pint container with a lid.
