Instructions
Cook the ground beef
Cook ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Stir until seasonings are evenly distributed.
Prepare the onions
Chop the white onion finely and fry with bone broth and sweet seasoning until soft and caramelized.
Make the burger sauce
Combine fried onions with light mayo, Greek yogurt, sugar free ketchup, and relish in a bowl. Mix well to create the sauce.
Combine filling
Add the burger sauce to the pan with the cooked beef and mix until even. Add the bag of reduced fat cheddar and stir until melted.
Assemble and roll burritos
Divide the filling evenly among 7 burrito-sized tortillas. Roll tightly into burritos.
