Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix dry ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.

Cream butter and sugars

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.

Add wet ingredients

Beat in the egg, cream, vanilla extract and red food coloring until fully combined.

Combine wet and dry

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.

Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Scoop and bake

Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 5 cm apart. Bake at 175°C for 12 minutes.
