Instructions
Prepare the potatoes
Peel and grate the potatoes finely.
Drain excess moisture
Place grated potatoes in a clean cloth and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
Form the dough
Combine drained potatoes with flour, salt, and water. Knead until a smooth, pliable dough forms.
Shape the noodles
Divide dough into portions. Roll each portion into thick ropes (about 1 cm diameter) and cut into desired lengths.
Cook the noodles
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 8-10 minutes until they float and are tender.
Serve
Drain noodles and serve hot with your favorite sauce or toppings.
