Assembling
bread slices

mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Marinate & Cook Chicken
Mix chicken with all seasoning, lemon juice, and oil. Rest 15 minutes, then cook on medium heat until fully done.
Prepare Filling
Combine cooked chicken, vegetables, mustard, mayo, milk, chili sauce, cream cheese and spices. Mix until creamy and evenly coated.
Assemble Sandwich
Spread filling on bread, add mozzarella and a cheese slice, then cover with another slice.
Toast Sandwich
Butter outer sides and toast on medium-low heat until bread is golden and crispy and cheese inside is melted.
