Fall Off the Bone Ribs

Instructions
Prepare the ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season the ribs
Rub the ribs with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
Wrap in foil
Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil to create a sealed packet.
Bake the ribs
Place the foil-wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake at 150°C for 3 hours until the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender.
Rest and serve
Remove from oven, carefully open the foil, and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
