Instructions
Prepare the fruit
Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries. Peel and slice the banana if using.
Mix the creamy base
In a bowl, stir the yogurt with the sour cream and honey until smooth and lightly sweetened.
Prep the crunchy topping
If using nuts, chop them coarsely. Keep granola or other crunchy toppings ready for layering.
Assemble the parfaits
Layer yogurt mixture, fruit, and crunchy toppings in glasses or bowls. Repeat the layers until everything is used.
Storage
Best eaten immediately after assembling. If needed, store the yogurt mixture and toppings separately, then assemble just before serving.
