Instructions
Cook the chicken breast
Season the chicken breast and cook it until fully done.
Prepare the vegetables
Slice the cucumber and onion into thin pieces.
Mix the salad
Combine the sliced vegetables with Greek yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings.
Assemble and serve
Slice the cooked chicken and place it on top of the salad mixture.
