One Pot Creamy French Onion Pasta
A rich and comforting one-pot pasta dish featuring sweet caramelized onions in a creamy parmesan sauce.

Instructions
Caramelize the onions
Heat butter and olive oil in a large pot, add sliced onions and cook slowly until deeply golden.
Add garlic and herbs
Add minced garlic and thyme to the caramelized onions and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Cook the pasta
Pour in beef broth, add pasta, bring to a boil then simmer until pasta is al dente.
Finish the sauce
Stir in cream and grated parmesan until creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve
Serve hot immediately, optionally garnished with extra parmesan and thyme.
