Prepare tomatoes

Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the sun-dried tomatoes if needed.

Assemble the salad

Arrange the burrata in the center of a plate, surround with halved cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes, and scatter fresh basil leaves over the top.

Season and finish

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the dish. Finish with a sprinkle of coarse salt, freshly ground black pepper and chili flakes.
