High Protein Dot Cake

all-purpose flour (dry)

vanilla protein powder (dry)

granulated sugar (dry)

butter (melted)

baking powder (dry)

Protein Frosting
cream cheese (softened)
200 g
vanilla protein powder (dry)

milk (liquid)

Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare an 20 cm round cake pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl combine flour, protein powder, sugar and baking powder.
Add wet ingredients
Add eggs, milk and melted butter to the dry mixture and stir until smooth.
Bake the cake
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool the cake
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
Prepare protein frosting
Beat cream cheese with protein powder and gradually add milk until smooth and creamy.
Decorate the cake
Spread the protein frosting evenly over the cooled cake and create the signature dot pattern on top.
