Prepare the dough

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add warm milk and melted butter, then knead until smooth and elastic.

Let the dough rise

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

Prepare the filling

Finely chop onion, garlic, ginger and green onion. Mix with ground pork, soy sauce and sesame oil until well combined.

Divide and shape the dough

Punch down the risen dough, divide into 8 equal pieces, and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a disk.
