Crispiest Air Fryer Fried Chicken

paprika (dry)

garlic powder (dry)

onion powder (dry)

Instructions
Prepare the marinade
Place chicken pieces in a bowl and pour buttermilk over them. Make sure all pieces are covered.
Marinate the chicken
Cover and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the coating
Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
Coat the chicken
Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge each piece in the seasoned flour mixture. Shake off excess flour.
Preheat the air fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
Air fry the chicken
Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray or brush with olive oil. Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
