High Protein Cucumber Salad

0% Greek Yoghurt

Seasoning & Dressing

Instructions
Prepare Chicken Breast
Cook 200g chicken breast until fully cooked through. Grill, pan-fry, or bake as preferred.
Chop Vegetables
Peel and finely chop 1/2 small onion and 1/2 small cucumber into small pieces.
Mix Dressing
In a bowl, combine 125g 0% Greek yoghurt with a squirt of lemon juice, pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and drizzle of olive oil. Mix well.
Combine Salad
Add chopped cucumber and onion to the yoghurt dressing. Slice cooked chicken breast and mix everything together.
Serve
Serve immediately while fresh.
