Prepare vegetables

Dice the red bell pepper and carrots into small pieces.

Brown the ground meat

Cook the ground beef in a pan until browned. Add taco seasoning and 100 ml water, then simmer for 2 minutes.

Prepare the broth base

Combine taco sauce and remaining water in a pot. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add vegetables

Add the diced carrots and bell pepper to the pot. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add corn and cream cheese. Cook for 3 more minutes while stirring, then mix in the cooked meat.
