Mix cheesecake batter

Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg yolk, egg, and whipping cream until smooth.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 220°C for at least 15 minutes.

Pour batter into a 15cm diameter pan and bake at 220°C for 30 minutes until the top is burnt.
