Ingredients
Ice Cream Base
milk
500 ml
heavy cream
250 ml
granulated sugar
120 g
vanilla extract
10 ml
Oreo Layer
Oreo cookies
200 g
Chocolate Coating
dark chocolate
300 g
coconut oil
30 ml
Instructions
Prepare ice cream base
Mix milk, cream, sugar and vanilla extract until sugar dissolves.
Churn the ice cream
Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker until it reaches soft-serve consistency.
Add Oreo cookies
Crush Oreo cookies and fold them into the ice cream.
Freeze the ice cream
Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 3 hours until firm.
Prepare chocolate coating
Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil over low heat or in microwave.
Form the bars
Scoop or cut frozen ice cream into bars and dip each into melted chocolate.
Freeze the bars
Place coated bars on parchment and freeze for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
