Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Combine ingredients
Add the rolled oats, oat flour, mashed bananas, cacao powder, baking powder, milk, and optional chocolate chips to a baking dish.

Add peanut butter swirl
Spoon dollops of peanut butter over the mixture and gently swirl through with a knife. Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips if desired.
